Located in the heart of Paris's 11th arrondissement, Les Rebelles is a 20-room boutique hotel under Bellemain's management for a comprehensive strategic and operational overhaul. The primary goal: restore performance within 90 days while setting up for independent and sustainable operations. By placing data at the core of decision-making and reorganizing internal processes, the hotel achieved an 11% increase in RevPAR in 60 days, without the need for additional hires or CAPEX. Our intervention focused on pricing, distribution, communication, and automation, enabling the on-site team to concentrate on the guest experience, while enhancing profit margins.
