Overview

Three Parisian hotels undergoing full-scale renovation and repositioning. Each property is being converted from budget operations into 4-star boutique hotels. Bellemain Operations is managing all three projects in parallel: design direction, construction oversight, tech stack pre-deployment, and pre-opening commercial strategy.
